3. Refund Policy

Refunds are available only if:

• The request is made within 14 days of purchase
• No credits have been used from the subscription
• The account has not violated any terms of service

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• Generated code must be reviewed and tested before use
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms

5. Intellectual Property

Code generated through the Service is owned by you, but the Service itself, including its algorithms and patterns, remains the property of Devfy.
